- You’ll manage and work together with a team of operators & guide them in their daily tasks.

- You ensure tasks are assigned correctly and monitor performance.

- You oversee the quality, safety, and efficiency of the logistics process.

- You train and support new employees so they quickly feel at home.

- You identify opportunities for improvement and proactively contribute ideas for optimization.

- You report on team results to the Shift Leader and assist with reporting.

- You have experience as a manager in a logistics environment (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).

- You communicate clearly, motivate others in a positive way, and aren’t afraid to make adjustments when necessary.

- You maintain a clear overview, even during peak periods.

- You’re hands-on and enjoy pitching in where needed.

- You take initiative and think in a solution-oriented way.

- You speak English fluently
