Job description
You will daily handle customer orders (can be export and customs), claims, invoicing and questions from the customers. Within your responsibility is also to ensure and monitor that the physical delivery from warehouse reaches the customers according to the planned schedule. You will also follow-up on logistics deviations from the Distribution Center and implement corrective actions to ensure that any unique customer requirements are met, but still have cost effectiveness in mind.
There will also be KPI-reporting and analysis. For ex. to update monthly statistics for Customer Service scorecard, continuous masterdata control check reports, order pattern analysis etc.
In the role you will have daily communication with outbound team in the Semper Distribution Center in Götene. Other tasks will be customer care for a specific market/selection of customers, process improvements within Order to cash and Logistics as well as maintenance of Customer Master Data and responsibility of the customer life cycle in SAP (in dialogue with KAM). You will also be involved in pallet administration (EUR-pallets, CHEP, other) and solving of error i-docs in SAP (daily monitoring).
This is a developing role, especially for you who are at the beginning of your career with gradual learning within Semper and Hero group. We see that you have a strong interest in IT and continuous improvements and want to take extra responsibilities within SAP as local superuser within order to cash and Logistics processes. There will be opportunities to participate in projects in this area.
Competencies
As a person, you need to be driven, structured and comfortable with conducting yourself professionally in English as well as Swedish. You are a team player and strive to always provide good service and good results. You should be comfortable with customer contact. You need to be able to prioritize your time and tasks and sometimes make quick decisions to meet deadlines. You have good analytical skills and can easily process and present data in Excel and Power Point. Finally, you are prestigeless and easily build new relationships.
Requirements
Min 3 years university degree (Engineer or Economy) with specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics or possibly any other post-secondary education like YH/KY within Logistics or similar.
Start date: as soon as possible.
